Lindsey Spector
Vice
President
Lindsey holds a
B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Nazareth College of Rochester. While working at the Former Congressman Eric Massa’s Office, she Conducted research to determine funding available for organizations and individuals within the district. She also compiled comments from constituents and provided this information to the Congressman to help with decision making for upcoming legislative vote. She publicized town hall meetings to promote transparency and increase the Congressman’s public interaction.

Ishrat Saleem
Secretary
Isharat is the Secretary of IRSA. She holds a bachelors in Englush Literature and Journalism from Lahore College for Women (affiliated University of the Punjab). She Coordinated with a Dutch journalist in the production of a documentary report on divorce in Pakistan from women’s perspective for BBC Radio, UK. Together, they conducted interviews of several women seeking divorce, who were then living in a shelter home ‘Dastak’ in Lahore as well as Pakistan’s leading women’s and human rights activists and lawyers. The documentary was critically acclaimed by several newspapers in UK.

Robert is the GSO for IRSA.He holds a
Bachelors in Economics from University of Illinois Urbana.While interning at the Illinois State Treasurer’s Offce, he Worked closely with the public relations department to develop educational materials on Illinois State Treasurer program.He oversaw development and maintenance of sections of the Illinois State Treasurer website, including statistical analysis of website.

Ibrahim is one of the cultural affairs representatives. He holds a Bachelors of Art in Economics From the American University of Baruit, Labanon. He held a record outlining extensive internships in various fields. His last position was a Research and Outreach assistant at the Institute of Finance, the training and communication center of the Lebanese Ministry of Finance. His experiences enabled him to cope with different working environments and work under different constraints.
Laila is the second cultural affairs representaive. She holds a BA International Affairs from the
Lebanese American University. She is currrently doing her masters degree in International Relations at the Maxwell School with concentations in Global Development and Negotiation Conflict Resolution. |

Liaison
Odunayo Arowlo is the IRSA/MAXPAC Liaison.She was born in Nigeria, where she lived until immigrating to the United States in June 2010. She graduated from Bowen University Iwo Nigeria with a BSc in Computer Science..She is currently pursing a dual Masters Degree in International Relations and Economics at the Maxwell School.
