CONGRATULATIONS, CLASS OF 2005!

IRSA (International Relations Student Association) is a student-run organization which works to represent graduate students enrolled in the International Relations Program at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs located in Syracuse, NY. 

IRSA exists to promote student interests within the International Relations Program and to organize academic and social activities for graduate students within the program.
