Jessica Boscarino

Jessica Boscarino is a
first-year Ph.D. student originally from Rochester, NY. She
received her B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury
College (2001). Following her undergraduate work, she spent two
years working for a government consulting firm. In 2003,
Jessica came to the Maxwell School to pursue her M.A. in
International Relations. As a Ph.D. student, she is interested
in studying transnational environmental activism and
networking. She has lived and worked in Upstate NY, Vermont,
Washington D.C., and Madrid. Her email address is:
